Day 1 HELSINKI ARRIVAL
Arrive in Helsinki and check into your hotel. Depending on your arrival time the rest of the day is free at your own leisure. Pre tour accommodation or an arrival transfer is available on request.

Day 2 PORVOO - HELSINKI - OVERNIGHT TRAIN
This morning you will meet your tour leader and fellow travellers after breakfast at 09:00. After a short introduction by your tour guide you will continue with your luggage by bus to Porvoo. Enjoy a walking tour around the old city of Porvoo with your guide. After a lunch break continue to Helsinki City tour visiting the highlights of Helsinki; Sibelius Monument, Oodi Library, Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, Market square, Esplanadi park and more. In the evening board the sleeper overnight train to Kemi.

Day 3 KEMI - ICEBREAKER CRUISE
Arrive in Kemi train station and meet your driver. Then continue for icebreaker cruise for 3 hours. Halfway on the frozen Bothnian bay, enjoy a swimming session in the ice cold water wearing a special survival swimming outfit that keeps you afloat.

Day 4 SANTA CLAUS VILLAGE - REINDEER FARM - ROVANIEMI
Today you will travel to Rovaniemi. Arrive Rovaniemi after 2 hour drive and continue to Santa Claus Village where you can visit Santa Claus at his office to have a chat and photo taken. You can also visit Santa's office to send a post card for the next Christmas.
In the afternoon you will visit a reindeer farm run by Sami people, the indigenous people of Lapland. Meet the reindeer herders and talk about arctic life before riding reindeer sleigh through the frozen frorest of Lapland. In the late afternoon check into your hotel in Rovaniemi and free time foe evening. Later in the evening meet your guide at the lobby for an Aurora picnic in a campsite in the forest around a campfire with sausages, snacks, warm drinks and marshmallows! If you are lucky you may see the magical aurora borealis dancing in the arctic sky!

Day 5 SNOWMOBILE SAFARI - SAARISELKA- GLASS CABIN STAY
This morning you will enjoy a snowmobile safari along the frozen river and snow covered forest for 2 hours. Later continue to Saariselka where you will stay in a nearby village of Muotka in a glass cabin, specially designed to observe the northern lights out of the comfort of your hotel.

Day 6 KING CRAB SAFARI - KIRKENES
This morning you will continue to Kirkenes in Norway. Arrive in Kirkenes and visit ice hotel before the king crab safari.
On this exclusive arctic excursion we aim to give you the best King crab fishing adventure. We will take you out on the fjord ice by snowmobile and sleigh to find the great beast. You will step out on the frozen fjord and help the fisherman pull the traps from the deep through the hole in the ice. The journey will culminate in a warm, rustic farmhouse restaurant by the fjord, where you will enjoy a kingly meal, served the Norwegian way - fresh, juicy and irresistible!

Day 7 SIIDA SAMI MUSEUM - IVALO
After breakfast, travel to Inari in Finland where you will visit Siida museum dedicated to Sami people and their culture. The museum is dedicated to the culture and history of the Sámi people, who are the indigenous people of Lapland and other parts of Northern Europe.One of the highlights of Siida Museum is the open-air museum, which features several traditional Sámi buildings, including a reindeer corral, a turf hut, and a hunting cabin. Visitors can learn about the traditional ways of life and culture of the Sámi people by exploring these buildings and seeing the artifacts on display.
In the afternoon visit a husky kennel and enjoy husky sleigh safari. An experience in the nature with Arctic Huskies is a memory you won’t forget! Enjoy the silence while mushing your dog team through the Lappish wilderness. The sleigh is shared by 2 people (1 person as driver, another sitting comfortably on reindeer fur). Halfway you have the possibility to change places. The 2 hrs Husky Safari track is 10 km, and the actual driving time is around 45 minutes to 1hr.

Day 8 FLY IVALO - HELSINKI
Today you will take a flight from Ivalo to Helsinki. Transfer from your hotel to Ivalo airport. Take the domestic flight for over an hour and then arrive in Helsinki Airport. Transfer to your hotel in Helsinki downtown area. Your guide will drop you at your hotel and the service of the guide ends. The rest of the day is free at your leisure to enjoy shopping or exploring more in Helsinki.

Day 9 HELSINKI DEPRTURE
Tour ends after breakfast. A departure transfer or post tour accommodation can be arranged on request. Alternatively, you can extend your stay for 1 more night with day visit by ferry to Tallinn, Estonia
